PRODUCTION MANAGER

As Production Manager, I supported the Executive Producer and Producer across five consecutive shoot days, plus two reshoot days, preceded by five weeks of ten-hour pre-production days.

With a tight scheduling window and five locations within a 100-mile radius, precise planning was essential from the start. I hired the crew, created daily call sheets, and managed transportation logistics, craft services, and COVID protocol.

On set, I handled real-time problem-solving while maintaining a positive environment for cast and crew, and supported the Producer in stakeholder communications and vendor negotiations throughout.
